This allows you to be proactive and protect against changes in barometric pressure that have been known to trigger migraines and weather-related headaches (WebMD). Its CeramX filter helps regulate airflow in and out of the ear canal. Made of soft, cleanable, hypoallergenic silicone. 20 dB noise reduction rating. Designed to fit smaller ears. Directions 1. Remove the earplugs from their packaging. 2. Identify the correct earplug based on size and shape. 3. Gently insert the earplug into the ear canal. 4. Ensure a snug and comfortable fit. 5. Use the WeatherX app to monitor barometric pressure shifts. 6. Remove the earplugs when no longer needed.
