Product description This waterproof and wipe-clean pull cord is particularly recommended for places used by vulnerable people and areas where deep cleaning is required on a regular basis. This replacement pull cord is suitable accessible toilets, care facilities and nursing homes and many other place. Your order will include 3 metres of waterproof cord, two triangular pull handles and a bullet connector with cover exactly as shown in the pictures. The pull cord is fully compliant with BS8300:2009 when installed correctly - this needs the cord to be located so it can be accessed from the WC (or other facility) and also from an adjacent floor area. To achieve this, one of the triangle pulls should be located between 80-100cms from ground level and the other should be located 10cm from ground level. Installation is very straightforward, however we can send instructions for additional guidance on request. This item is compatible with almost all existing installations and is therefore suitable as a replacement or upgrade from a non-wipe clean pull cord.
