This item provides an outlet tap for water butts, rain barrels, and water storage tanks. To install it, you need a 26mm hole or an existing 3/4" BSP thread. To fit the item, unscrew the nut and washer from the adaptor, push the adaptor through the hole, and reattach the washer and nut from the inside. Next, screw the metal lever valve onto the adaptor. Using a small amount of PTFE tape will help ensure a leak-free seal. Finally, the universal male hose connector allows connection to any other quality hose connector brands.
