The Wampler Gearbox is the signature pedal of Andy Wood, one of the hottest guitarists on the US scene, who has used a prototype of the Gearbox pedal for the recording sessions of his current album "Junktown". The Gearbox pedal combines 2 of the most popular Wampler pedals - the Tumnus clone style overdrive/boost pedal and the legendary Pinnacle - Brown Sound in a Box pedal. The Pinnacle section has been extended by a 3-band EQ, with the internal noise gate you can effectively suppress background noise. The sequence of both effects sections is switchable, in addition, the Gearbox pedal also offers separate inputs and outputs to control the order from a looper/switch externally.
