Product description Compact for transport The Walimex pro telescopic background support consists of two separate extendable telescopic rods that can be mounted foot to foot using a pin. This results in a long telescopic rod that can be extended on both sides. It is delivered in two parts and is therefore compact. Easy and flexible to use The two rods are simply plugged together and secured by twisting. The stable design guarantees a high load capacity. The telescopic rod can be variably extended at both ends. To do this, unlock the telescopic system, adjust the length as you wish and lock it again. The minimum width of the bar is 2.25 m and the maximum width when fully extended is 4.0 m. This gives you full flexibility, especially in comparison to plug-in systems. The Walimex pro background bar is therefore suitable for the most common background sizes. For all common studio tripods You can find the option to attach the bar to a 5/8 spigot connection (e.g. lamp tripod, super clamp, etc.) at both ends of the background bar. This offers you a wide range of possible uses. You can easily secure the bar with the attached screw. This makes assembly and disassembly, or even just a change of position, safe and easy. Sturdy 30 mm diameter The background bar is generously dimensioned with a diameter of 30 mm in the middle and 28 mm on the sides. This means that the system achieves a maximum load capacity of 6 kg even at full width. The background bar is suitable for paper backgrounds with an inner roll core diameter of at least 40 mm, for fabric or for PVC backgrounds. The assembly of the two bar halves is guaranteed to be successful if the extendable end pieces are loosened beforehand and extended by about 10cm.
