Use the all-purpose attachment across the full body, with a gentle vibration for overall relaxation. Use the deep muscle attachment to provide a deeper massage. The ripple effect will deliver a soothing movement. Use the raised bump attachment for an intense massage as the ridges are designed to target tense muscles. Use the spot application attachment to pinpoint specific target areas. You can easily remove and change the attachment heads by using your thumb and two fingers to pull away from the massager stem. Simply insert your chosen attachment head, align the head with the massager stem and press firmly onto the stem.
