Abrasive fabric tape, zirconium corundum, dimensions 12 x 305 mm. Characteristics: Ceramic grain (CER) with self-sharpening capacity, agglomerated with solid synthetic resin, with cooling properties thanks to its special coating with abrasive effect, on robust fabric, uniform dispersion and slightly open. With excellent grain adhesion, extremely long service life, requires low to medium tightening pressure, and has excellent adaptability. Oil resistant, grease, wax and water/emulsion resistant. Application: For aggressive grinding and cooling effect of high alloy steel, as well as titanium and nickel-based alloys. Due to the high hardness, ideal for machining extremely hard surfaces. Abrasive additives allow to obtain a cooling effect grinding, significantly increasing the production of chips. This further extends the service life and prevents discoloration of the workpiece surface. Suitable for both dry machining and refrigerant machining.
