Extractor Fan. This model is designed for simple switching on / off from a separate switch, e.g. light switch or spur unit (not included). Two speeds, selectable at installation. It does NOT have a run on timer. Requires a switched live and neutral connection only. This is the replacement for model 12023 which is now discontinued.
