This model incorporates a humidistat (condensation sensor) that turns on the fan when the relative humidity exceeds 65%. When the level drops the fan timer is activated and after the elapsed time the fan turns off. It can also be connected to operate with the room light switch, when the light is on on the fan works, when the light is off, the fan continues to work for the preset time. Permanent live, switched live and neutral (3 cores + ground) required at the fan position for the timer option to work properly.
