This dishers is constructed of a fully color-coded polypropylene handle with component parts is made from stainless steel. Handle is ribbed surface and built-in stopper notch to prevent slippage. Handle equipped with Agion antimicrobial protection. Handle construction is a one-piece design with no crevices to collect water or bacteria. Bowl dimensions is exact to insure consistent capacities within 5 percent. Capacities must be clearly stamped on the top side of the gear rack for easy identification, disher number is stamped on the sweep. It is NSF certified. Available in No.8-size, 4-ounce capacity and gray handle. Measures 2-13/16-inch width by 9-9/16-inch height.
