Product description
In ancient Egypt, Chnum was above all a creator god who created gods and people as well as animals and plants on the potter's wheel and brought to life with the help of a magic wand. As a fertility god and spouse of the Heket, he was Lord of propulsion and birth. Chnum was worshipped in many places in Upper Egypt and Nubia, less often in Lower Egypt. Key cult centers include: Elephantine, Bigge at Philae, Esna and Hut-wer. Made of artificial stone and painted by artist's hand.
