- READY MIXED: The VITCAS fire cement has been composited with all the necessary ingredients. And it is ready to use, you just need to empty the content onto a clean surface and it will be ready for application.
- METHOD OF USING: First of all, you need to clean the surface from grease, oil and dirt before application of VITCAS heatproof screed. After that Invert tub and empty contents onto a clean surface. Take lumps of Vitcas Mouldable Firebrick and tamp into position using a mallet or hammer for concentrated consolidation.
- APPLICATION OF HEAT: The application of gentle heat as soon as the work is completed is required after the application of the Vitcas mouldable firebrick, drying and hardening.
