The active formula includes active vitamin B3 (niacinamide), active vitamin B6 (high strength P-5-P), 5-MTHF methyl folate and B12 supplements as methylcobalamin & adenosylcobalamin.
- HOW TO USE - Take 2 tablets a day. The bottle lasts 2 months. Our tablets are slimline and easy to swallow, coated with vegetable fibre (hypromellose) so they glide down easily. This is the only way to disguise the bitter taste of B vitamins - when they’re at the strong doses in our supplement. We don’t make liquid, spray or drops, which have weaker doses to make the taste acceptable.
