We have chosen MCT oil as the carrier, a well renowned oil high in healthy fatty omega acids that works well to deliver CBD quickly and efficiently. With the Vitality CBD Drops Spray you have a choice between a pipette or spray head. Simply aim the pipette or spray under your tongue, dose as required, and allow the CBD oil to soak into the blood vessels beneath the tongue for 90 seconds.
