Pump two to three times onto a Vita Liberata tanning mitt, at a time, and massage into the skin in long circular movements. Use sparingly on hands, feet, knees and elbows. Leave on skin for 6-8 hours before showering. Rinse and pat dry. For extra long-lasting results, apply 3 times. Leave each application on for 3 - 24 hours before showering and applying the next application.
