This waterproof infra-red heater is IP54 making it ideal for use outdoors as well as indoors and gives you the heat of the sunshine just when and where you need it. The 2kW 'GOLD' anti-glare element has the ability to heat you and your guests directly without heating the air in between. The infra-red heater is designed to attach to a vertical surface outdoors and can be angled up and down using the adjustable bracket to suit the situation. The heater also comes with an additional bracket that allows you to fit it to an umbrella if required. The Heater is very robust and built to commercial standards. It is ideal for use in commercial situations such as outdoor eating areas, smoking shelters or under pub umbrellas and canopies. Also ideal for beer gardens, hotel terraces and other commercial outdoor areas as well as domestic patios. This model is fitted with an anti-glare GOLD element which gives a pink/red output. It is ideal where the heater is sited at a distance from the subject as these lamps are better at 'throwing' the useful heat to further distances than the heaters fitted with the 'Softglow' lamps. It casts no red colour on nearby surfaces that are further than 3m. The heater comes complete with an umbrella/parasol mounting bracket enabling you to use one or more of these heaters to provide a heating solution for under-cover areas such as covered terraces or under commercial parasols.
