Product Description VapoRub contains: Menthol and camphor to calm a cough. Eucalyptus and mentol to relieve nose congestion. Eucalyptus to relieve catarrh. Inhalation method (Adults): If head cold or nasal catarrh persists, for deep action releif melt two teaspoons or Vicks VapoRub in a bowl of very hot (not boiling) water. Inhaler the soothing mediated vapours for 10-15 minutes. This product can be used with other medicines. Caution: Do not heat in the microwave. Never reheat the mixture. Rub on method: Always use at first sign of a cold to get maximum benefit. Directions (Adult): Rub liberally onto chest, throat and back. Cover whole area for maximum effect. Leave nightclothes loose to allow vapours to be inhaled easily. Directions (Children over 2 years): Gently help to rub away the symptoms of your child's cold wit your tender touch. Apply lightly to chest and back. Leave clothes loose for easy inhalation. This product can be used with other medicines. Please read the enclosed leaflet carefully.
