- VERBENA SPARKLES MIX SEEDS: Lovely, bright summer plants, perfect for bedding and containers with a compact habit and a wide range of colours many, with 'sparkling', contrasting eyes.
- SOW: February to April, FLOWERS: June to October, HEIGHT: 20cm, PREFERS: Full Sun, SEEDS: 125 Approx.
- FOR INDOOR SOWING: WHEN – February to April. WHERE – In trays of seed compost. HOW - Sow thinly, cover with 0.5cm of fine soil. Firm gently and keep moist. Cover with glass, polythene or propagator lid. Keep at approx. 20℃. Seedlings appear 14-28 days.
- CARE - Remove cover when seedlings appear. When large enough transplant 5cm apart in trays. Grow on at approx. 15℃. Gradually acclimatise plants to outside conditions from late May onwards (avoid frosts). Transplant 20cm apart in flowering position. Keep moist and weed free. FLOWERS – June to October, the same year. Trim plants back as flowers fade for a second flush.
