Hold the strip firmly with the grippy tab and warm it between your hands. 4. Press and hold the strip on the area of hair removal for about 10-20 seconds. 5. Peel off the strip in a quick motion against the direction of hair growth. 6. Repeat if necessary. 7. Soothe the skin if necessary with the provided almond oil.
