• EASY TO INSTALL - The Vap-air vapour barrier is extremely easy to install. Simply coat the substate using FG-35 primer then lay the membrane over the top, ensuring 50mm overlap between sheets
• MULTI-SUBSTRATE COMPATIBILITY - This vapour barrier can be installed onto multiple substrates, from fresh timber surfaces through to galvanised metal sheets
• HIGH TENSILE AND SHEAR STRENGTH - The vap-air vapour control layer is extremely durable making it perfectly suited to most building applications where a vapour barrier is required. It has a tensile strength of ≥ 800/700 N/5 cm and a shear strength of 657 N/5 cm
• SELF-SEALING - Due to its bitumen backing and the reinforcement fibres in the metallic top sheet, the membrane self seals around screws when penetrated, making it perfectly suited to flat roofing installations
