You require an aneroid manual sphygmomanometer with separate dial and inflation bulb (two tubes) to use this cuff. Please note it may not be suitable for all automatic BP machines Legal Disclaimer buyers note, this is an extra large cuff with a range between 40.6 and 66cm maximum diameter. It is intended for use with manual sphygmomanometers designed with 2 tube, 1 to the pump and 1 to the aneroid sphyg dial. It is not suitable for automatic BP meters
