• Urgo Fast Healing 6 Knee Dressings with hydrocolloid compresses allow rapid healing of superficial wounds.

Product description An Urgo dressing , transparent and waterproof that is practical to apply while ensuring optimum protection. The hydrocolloid compress forms a skin- replenishing gel promoting healing by absorbing secretions from the wound, and relieving pain. The dressing can stay in place for several days and can be removed easily and without pain. Hydrocolloid forming,a dermo-restoring gel compress which promotes healing and relieves pain. Waterproof transparent backing. Form adapted for optimal handling and protection. Stop the bleeding by squeezing with a dry sterile gauze. Clean with antiseptic solution without alcohol. Carefully dry the wound and its periphery. Heat the dressing between the hands and then apply it, avoiding touching the adhesive with your fingers and smooth down the edges. Do not remove the bandage. It will come off by itself. However, it is recommended not to leave it in place more than 3 days. PRECAUTIONS FOR USE: -Do not use on following wounds: Burns, infected wounds, wounds at risk of superinfection. -This dressing is reserved for the treatment of superficial wounds, after the bleeding stops. -Do not stretch the dressing at the time, do not touch the adhesive surface, do not reposition the dressing once applied. -In case of doubt, seek advice from your pharmacist. -Keep away from heat and moisture. Safety Warning Instructions for use 1. Clean and disinfect the wound and its surroundings with an antiseptic solution (without alcohol). Stop the possible bleeding and dry it with a sterile compress. 2. Open the bag and take out the dressing. Warm the bandage between the hands to make it more comfortable. 3. Remove the first protective wing without touching the middle adhesive point of the dressing and place the hydrocolloid dressing centered on the wound. The wound should be completely covered with the hydrocolloid dressing (middle part cream to ochre). 4. Remove the second wing by gently smoothing and pressing the edges of the dressing to increase adhesion. The patches should not stay in place for more than 2-3 days, but should be removed if it has not come off by itself. Renew the dressing according to the instructions for use. The average treatment time is 6-8 days. Precautions for use • Please do not stretch when applying, do not cut • Disposable dressing, do not reposition after application and do not use again (risk of infection). • For sticky residue of hydrocolloids on the skin, soak with water is recommended: the adhesive will swell, lose tackiness and come off. • Do not use patches or remove the already applied patches and seek medical advice: - in case of deterioration of the wound or lack of improvement within 6 days of treatment, - if there are signs of infection (redness, pain, heat, swelling around the wound, pus, etc.) - for foreign bodies in the wound, heavy bleeding, bite, bite with an object. and/or PolPoland/or PolPoland/or or in case of doubt or discomfort. For diabetics, it is recommended to use hydrocolloid dressings only under medical supervision or nurses. • For any wound on the face, medical advice is recommended for aesthetic reasons. • Do not use these patches for more than 30 days in a row. • Store the plasters in the original packaging. • Do not use after the expiry date (on the box and bag). Contraindication for infected wounds, burns, wounds with risk of over-infection (especially wounds over 24 hours). Suitable for arteritic feet. Suitable for the infected diabetic foot.
