About this item
The design of the spout prevents drops from forming after pouring. This is a common issue with ceramic or porcelain teapots.
The metal sieve infuser is large and extends deep into the pot, allowing even small amounts of tea to be brewed.
  • ๐Ÿซ– ๐‡๐€๐๐ƒ๐‹๐„: The handle of the teapot is designed so that it does not heat up from the hot tea, as porcelain teapots react better to heat compared to ceramic teapots.
This teapot with infuser can be safely used in dishwashers because the glaze protects the pores. For patina and taste, handwashing is recommended.
  • ๐Ÿซ– ๐‚๐€๐๐€๐‚๐ˆ๐“๐˜: This modern heat-resistant porcelain teapot with a filter has a capacity of 1.1 liters and is designed for up to 4-5 cups.
  • ๐Ÿ“ขBecause our Swansea teapots are finished with a reactive porcelain glaze, no two pieces look exactly the same. Small differences in color intensity, shading and speckling are normal and part of the design. Please also note that the current production may appear slightly lighter/darker than earlier batches or older photos. The quality and capacity are always the same โ€“ only the glaze pattern is unique on each teapot.

I wrote to Bigamart's customer support and they accompanied the process of reshipping the item until it finally arrived. I felt a genuine effort to solve the problem till it was finally solved.

The package was here in Australia from England in a few days โ€” so quick! Something was missing and they refunded it straight away. Pretty happy with these guys.
