Use the suture pad on a stable and clean surface. 3. Choose the appropriate pre-cut wound for your suturing practice (straight, curved, wide, or triangle). 4. Thread the needle with suture material. 5. Insert the needle through the protective mesh and silicone material, following the contour of the pre-cut wound. 6. Pull the suture through the wound, maintaining appropriate tension. 7. Repeat the suturing process along the length of the wound. 8. Secure the suture at the end of the wound with a knot. 9. Dispose of used suture material and needles properly. 10. Clean the suture practice pad as needed, ensuring all suture material and debris are removed.
