Deal 7 cards to each player. The rest of the cards form a draw pile. 2. The player to the dealer's left starts the game by playing a card matching the top card of the discard pile in color or number. 3. When a player cannot play a matching card, they must draw a card from the draw pile. 5. The first player to get rid of all their cards wins the round.
