Product Description It requires skill, balance and good coordination of arm and leg movements - but if you feel step by step and become safer, running on stilts is a fun experience. The wooden stilts act as a functional extension of the lower legs and allow a changed viewing angle of the environment thanks to the height. Each stilt bar is 1.50 m long, has an adjustable base and is covered at the bottom with a buffer cap made of non-slip rubber. Stilt running as a competition with races, climbing stairs or a course with obstacles is a popular game at sports, street, children's and garden parties. How it works: Place the straight bars parallel to each other, top with the forearms and hands and hold the bars tightly pressed against the upper body in front of or behind the shoulders. Place the feet on the treads and gradually move the stilts forward evenly one after the other through synchronised movements of the arms and legs.
