Chalk Red lump is mined in the Voronezh region. Its original name was due to the village where the deposit of this delicious chalk is located. Sparkling white chalk of medium hardness, on top is covered with dusty-chalk white powder. Bitten loud and easy, delicious crunches when chewed. Virtually no grains. The taste of thawed mountain water, dust after rain and “whitewash” predominates. In the aftertaste felt light wood sweetness.
