The Garden Chess pieces are made from one piece of durable PVC that is both UV treated and waterproof. The full set weighs 6kg and the pieces will remain standing in all but strong winds. The bases of all the Garden Chess pieces are 10cm in diameter. Please note that the Garden Chess Pieces do not include a playing surface. We offer a choice of either a Plastic Lawn friendly Garden Chess Board or a Nylon Garden Chess Mat. A large nylon storage bag is also available as an optional extra.
