The Xfort MailPlate is the standard replacement for most postal letterplates. The telescopic design means the letter box can be adjusted to fit doors between 40mm to 80mm in thickness. Xfort MailPlate letterboxes will fit most uPVC, composite and wooden front doors. They have one fixing screw on each side which automatically align with the corresponding receiving screw boss providing a quicker and stronger assembly. The letterplate flaps are machine tested to perform in accordance with BS EN 13724:2013 standards. The ultra flexible hinge springs are tested with over 100,000 opening and closing repetitions.
