DISCLAIMER. We do not and cannot state what the defect(s) may be or how serious they may be. We cannot 'select' panels to only have a particular defect. That said with you can still achieve a good yield from these sheets. WHY DO WE HAVE THEM? Well put simply we have high standards and generally from our normal listings wont send a board out that isn't defect free, or if the board has any sort of crack or split, or blemish on either side, it goes to 'seconds'. The vast majority of our seconds are boards that are unsightly, have a blemish on either sides or slightly miss-cut. very rarely there may be a different fault although to be honest if the board was 'bad' we wouldn't even accept it as a second. Storing in a warm environment and storing with a heavy weight or board on top will minimise / remove any minor warp All our boards are measured in Metric with a cutting tolerance of +- 2mm both length and width and may even vary within an order (especially large orders) Where we specify A4 or A3* for our hardboard this is only a rough guide so; A4 is 210mm x 297mm - we sell 210mm x 300mm ... within tolerance +/- 2mm A3 is 297mm x 420mm - we sell 300mm x 400mm ... within tolerance +/- 2mm 12"" x 24"" - we sell 300mm x 600mm ... within tolerance +/- 2mm 16"" x 24"" - we sell 400mm x 600mm ... within tolerance +/- 2mm "
