Product description
Salvinia minima is a small, fast-growing floating plant with soft, oval leaves that sit neatly on the water surface. Its bright green colour adds a natural finish to open-top aquariums while helping diffuse light and reduce glare below. It spreads freely across the surface and does not require planting. Calm surface movement helps it establish evenly, while brighter lighting encourages tighter, healthier growth. Because it multiplies quickly, regular thinning is recommended to prevent excessive shading of plants beneath. Its fine trailing roots also provide gentle cover for fish and shrimp, making it a practical as well as decorative addition.
