  • Long rotating stops set the jig to the edge of the door with a set of additional spacers supplied to move the jig furthe in from the edge, catering for locks with slightly different backsets, covering a wider range of locks.
  • The jig quickly sets to either side of the door, simply rotating the stops for repositioning on the other side for maximum productivity on single or batch work applications.
  • Using a 12mm straight cutter and a 20mm guide bush, the jig routs a 16mm hole for the spindle bar and the lock cylinder barrel, with 1mm clearance around the barrel for a high class fit and finish.
  • Additional drilling positions for marking the handle lock plate at 40mm centres can be made with 2.75mm diameter Trend Snappy drill bit guide ensuring maximum value and performance.
