Traditional Meat Press

A classic simple meat press, designed by Robert Welch, which has a cast iron frame and ceramic bowl. It some with a polypropylene pressing disc, and this is dishwasher safe, as is the bowl. The frame should be wiped with a slightly wet cloth, when necessary and dried thoroughly straight away.
