This results in a completely flat abrasive bease which is preferable in certain applications. The MB-102 multi holder is fully adjustable to allow optimal adjustment for any tool and fixture. So you can convert the horizontal holder into a vertical one. This facilitates access when sharpening with the rotation of the disc and guided peeling with knife jigs. Why MB-102 Multi Holder? Allows you to grind a perfectly flat grinding phase on the flat side of the diamond grinding wheel. For some tools, a flat chamfer is preferred. You can achieve these by sharpening on the flat outside of the diamond grinding discs. Please note that sharpening on the side of the grinding wheel with the MB-102 multi-holder is only recommended for diamond grinding discs. We do not recommend it for sharpening with whetstones as they wear and require straightening, which is not possible on the side.
