The 140mm wide clamp stabilises pliable blades. Centres and fixes tapered blades. Additional stop for wide knives, such as kitchen hatchets. By moving between the two stops, a slightly convex cutting edge can be formed. Cast zinc clamps, composite stops. Most of the weight is distributed across the clamps, which allows for a particularly well-balanced grinding process. Glides smoothly along the universal support with low friction.
