At Last!!! A Variable length Shallow scribe worktop jig that's made for today's worktops. Modern worktops no longer have a large a curve on the front edge. Most have a front edge radius of 3mm or are even square, therefore, a 35mm or 23mm deep cut that the majority of other jigs produce is now totally unnecessary. This new shallow scribe jig produces a 10mm deep cut. which will suffice for all current front edge profiles. The end result looks far neater and removes far less material than any other jig's, (router cutters will last up to 4 x longer). The two part design makes it very light & easy to set up. When used in conjunction with a 1/2” plunge router a worktop joint can be made in fewer than 15 minutes with perfect precision. They are machined from 12mm thick compact laminate (tufnol) which will last a lifetime in everyday professional use.
