Program the M12 Remote Control (incl.) with ERM12 universal receiver, and then the M12 remote will perfectly makes the gate operate between open-stop-close-stop-open. All TOPENS swing and sliding gate openers can be operated by the M12 remote. ERM12 rolling code external receiver can be programmed with up to 250 pcs TOPENS M12 remote control transmitters.
  • Broad Compatibility - Works with all TOPENS gate openers, and is compatible with most third party gate openers or garage door openers whose control board accepts the "Normal Open Dry Contact" signal for the push button. It can be powered by the control board of the gate opener or by the external 9-24VDC power source. Kindly note that ERM12 receiver ONLY works with TOPENS wireless remote control accessories.
