- Measurement – 【Inside Mount】requires a minimum window frame depth of 1.5". Provide exact inside window frame size (no deductions). 【Outside Mount】measure outside window frame size, suggest adding 6" width & height for best blackout effect. The electric roller shade height includes the valance.
- Made to Order – Custom sizes available: width 21–103", height 10–130". Click the yellow "Customize Now" to select the motorized window shades' details. Order confirmation sent via email (proceeds if no reply in 48h). Fabric swatch recommended if unsure about color. Package includes a motorized shade, brackets, a USB charging cable, and user manuals.
- Tokblind Service – Automatic shades are pre-programmed for immediate use after installation. Remove the remote control battery tab before first use. Technical support available.
