Constructed from hardwood, the 2 piece wooden pole has a diamter of 38mm and with a large brass screw collar the lower pole section can be easily attached or removed for ease of use. With a double cord pulley mechanism the parasol canopy can be rasised and lowered with ease, the canopy once raised can be held in place with the brass pin that simply slots into the pre-drilled locating holes in the upper part of the wooden frame. Our tilting parasols are our newest addition to our parasol range, now offering 2 different sized tilting parasols coupled with our existing 5 fixed size parasols, there is a parasol to suit all needs and requirements. Built into the upper section of the wooden pole is the brass tilting mechanism. This allows the parasol to be tilted either to the left or right to an approximate angle of 30 degrees providing you with some added protection and shade from the late evening sun when it starts to get lower in the sky. The green canopy is made from a showerproof polyester material that will give protection from light rain and also has a UV rating of 15 to give a little protection from the suns rays.
