About this item
  • Weighted Comfort Design: This weighted soft toy is filled with premium weighted particles, evenly distributed within the belly and both front paws to provide gentle, uniform “deep pressure sensation”. This hug-like pressure helps simulate the feeling of being embraced, making it particularly suitable for children and adults experiencing anxiety or sensory processing needs
  • Ultra-Soft Plush Fabric + Safe Inner Material: The outer layer features 0.01mm ultra-soft short plush, offering a cloud-like softness that is gentle on the skin and non-irritating. The inner lining employs a double-layer leak-proof design, filled with premium PP cotton that is dust-free, mould-resistant, and safe
  • Versatile Applications: An ideal companion for those with ADHD, autism, or anxiety. Whether for bedtime comfort, travel companionship, office relaxation, or focus enhancement, this weighted toy provides steadfast emotional support. A thoughtful gift for insomniacs, children with special needs, or anyone seeking comfort. Presented in an elegant gift box, it makes a heartfelt present for birthdays, holidays, or any occasion
  • Reinforced Stitching: Employing double-locked seams, we've specially reinforced the limb joints and stress points, making it far more durable than standard plush toys. It retains its shape even when frequently dragged or hugged for extended periods, ensuring long-lasting companionship
  • Care Instructions: Hand wash or gently wipe surface stains with a damp cloth using a mild detergent. Air dry in a shaded area. Do not soak, machine wash, or tumble dry. Water penetration may cause internal weighted beads to develop mould. Note: This product is shipped compressed and may exhibit creases upon opening. Gently fluff or leave for 12-24 hours to restore shape

I wrote to Bigamart's customer support and they accompanied the process of reshipping the item until it finally arrived. I felt a genuine effort to solve the problem till it was finally solved.

The package was here in Australia from England in a few days — so quick! Something was missing and they refunded it straight away. Pretty happy with these guys.
