The TIBHAR Hybrid K3 was created in collaboration with top players Shang Kun, Cedric Nuytinck and Darko Jorgic. Three world-class players with different game systems, united in the pursuit of a well-coordinated combination that offers enormous rotation at the same time as possible pace. This is exactly what the focus was placed during development. The challenge was great, because a high-grip surface, as we use in the Hybrid K3, actually reduces the speed due to the longer contact of the ball. By developing a special tuning of sponge and nub rubber, we managed to direct the energy transfer forward despite enormous grip and achieve high temperature levels.
