For processing metal sheets, wires and other metal items the three-roll plate bending machine can be used versatile. Pipes, cylinders and curvatures can be made or sheets can be straightened out, enabling easy and precise results. Therefore settings can be adjusted as desired regarding the rolling radius and the thickness of the material. Via a hand crank the rolls are operated and can process metal sheets with a thickness of up to 1.2 mm and bars with a diameter of up to 5 mm can be shaped. Five different insert for grooves are included with diameters of 1 mm, 2 mm, 3 mm, 4 mm and 5 mm. Depending on the required curvature and thickness of the material, the gaps and the angles can be altered as needed.
