A striking architectural plant in any garden, Thompson & Morgan Rhus Typhina ‘Tiger Eyes’ has fern-like leaves almost two feet long (60cm) which are a bright green/yellow colour with a pink stem running through the centre. In early summer, tiny flowers will appear and these will develop into clusters of red fruits. At the same time as the fruits appear, the foliage will start to turn red too, giving you a spectacular autumn display that will brighten up any border! A worthwhile plant to add to your collection, both for its unusual structure and its amazing colours. Ideal for cottage gardens and low maintenance gardens. Grow sumac in well-drained soil in full sun or partial-shade. Feed and water well until established, but do not allow to become waterlogged.
