The Thomastik-Infeld Alphayue series has been specially developed for 4/4 violins and is aimed at students, beginners and advanced players who value easy response, effortless modulation and balanced sound. The series includes high-quality single strings (E, A, D Aluminium, D Silver, G Silver) as well as a complete 4-string set. The E string is made of steel with a tin alloy and removable ball, while the other strings have a synthetic core and are wound with either aluminium or silver, depending on the model. The specially developed D Silver type gives the set a darker, finer sound with more volume and prompt bow response.
