Indications back pain, abdominal cramps Directions To use the TheraPearl Color Changing Reusable Hot Cold Pack: 1. Remove the pack from its packaging. 2. For cold therapy, place the pack flat in the freezer for at least 2 hours. 3. For heat therapy, heat the pack in the microwave for 45-75 seconds (refer to microwave instructions chart). 4. Apply the pack to the affected area for approximately 20 minutes. 5. Repeat the process as needed, returning the pack to the freezer or microwave as necessary.
