After a young woman begins to express erratic and aggressive behaviour, her father and boyfriend become increasingly concerned. Their fears escalate when she seems to have a devastating and deadly effect on anyone close. Hearing about her haunting story, Father Lorenzo calls upon the Church when he suspects possession. Vatican exorcist Imani soon comes to realise she has been taken over by an ancient satanic force. Father Lorenzo must now wage war in order to save the world as we know it.
