Ingredients WHEAT Flour (Calcium Carbonate , Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Protein Blend(Brown Rice Protein, SOY Protein) Baking Powder, Flax Seeds, Flavourings, Salt, Sweetener (Sucralose). Directions 180ml of plant based milk. Add 2 large grey scoops (80g). Mix lightly. Rest for 2-3 mins. Add oil to a pan over a medium heat. Add 2 tbsp of batter, cook for 2½ mins.
