Tips for Jogging with you Dog: Just like humans, your dog needs to be physically fit enough to run with you and may need to build up their stamina. Try some fast paced walks before you start jogging. Consider your dog's breeds as some breeds, such as Pugs or Bulldogs, can be prone to respiratory and overheating issues. Also bear in mind the distance you want to run and the weather conditions. Thoroughly check your dog over after each run, particularly their paws, to make sure they have not cut themselves or picked up any splinters. Make sure you both stay hydrated.
