Product description A superb Replica Roman coin, plated in silver and with a light hand distressed finish. This Emperor Caligula (Ruler from 37-41AD) coin is an Honour Strike to Commemorate his Mother, Agrippina Senior. It depicts a bust of Agrippina with the inscription AGRIPPINA M F MAT C CAESARIS AVGVSTI. The reverse depicts a Carpentum being drawn by two mules. There is also SPQR (The Senate and the Roman People) snd SC (Senatus Consulto). The piece has a diameter of 3.5cm and a weight of 20g. The last picture is for size comparison next to a 50p coin.
