Both sides offer a soft, workable formula that spreads easily and doesn t quit even when you feel like you need to. Formulated with Vitamin K and Alfalfa Extract to help reduce the appearance of puffiness around eyes. Directions 1. Prepare the brow area by brushing eyebrows upward. 2. Choose the desired end (shimmer or matte) and color. 3. Apply the product in short, light strokes, following the natural shape of the eyebrows. 4. Blend the color for a natural look. 5. Set the color for long-lasting wear (optional).
